CNH Industrial inaugurated a new agricultural equipment manufacturing complex in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. It is the largest agricultural equipment production plant in Northeast China and will produce a complete line of products under the Case IH and New Holland Agriculture brands to support the Country's agricultural needs.

For the fourth consecutive year, CNH Industrial topped the Dow Jones Sustainability World and Europe Indexes in the Machinery and Electrical Equipment Industry category, with a leading score of 87/100 compared to the sector average of 50/100. Top scores were achieved in both the environmental dimension and the economic dimension.

CNH Industrial was named climate performance leader with a rating of "A" on a scale of A to E by CDP having demonstrated a superior approach to climate change mitigation and received a top disclosure score of 98 out of 100, which further confirmed its position amongst the global leading companies in climate change transparency.

CNH Industrial expanded its agricultural machinery portfolio with the acquisition of the precision spraying equipment manufacturer Miller-St. Nazianz, Inc. The business has become part of New Holland Agriculture. This acquisition provides a strong platform to grow the self-propelled sprayer business on a global scale.
